UPDATE r2: (11 July 2016) Please note that I am not using this configuration any longer. I no longer have an M3D printer. To the best of my knowledge, the information here is still correct and useful, but I have no way to test it.
IF YOU FIND ISSUES, please let me know. I would be happy to collect fixes and changes under this posting!
UPDATE r1: Tested in Slic3r 1.2.9. Please note that you must manually remove the G21 command in the resulting gcode file before submitting the gcode to the M3D spooler. Also, please note that Slic3r-generated files seem to be more sensitive to gap between the nozzle and bed. If you are having difficulty getting prints to stick to the bed, try calibrating the location in the M3D advanced settings.
The r0 configuration is still provided on this page.
This is an initial Slic3r configuration for the M3D Micro printer. It is definitely a work in progress!
Tested in Slic3r 1.2.6 and 1.2.7 only. Tested with M3D software 2015.03.24 v10.8
