I built this slide rail to secure to an old slab of wood to make a pull out shelf for a 5 gallon aquarium. The mobile rail itself is printed with 15% infill to have the required strength for this load. The rail frame has multiple locations to insert screws, the interior of which are counterbored so the screws can sit far below the roller wheels. The mobile rail also has stoppers to keep it from falling out at max extension. to insert the slide rail into the frame, begin at a perpendicular angle to the frame and rock into the roller wheels. The front wheels help relieve load stress from the tiny stoppers, but be aware of how much load you are placing on these 4x2mm stoppers (expected fail point).
