Description
This is a sliding latch lock designed for securing plastic-metal balcony doors, built as a multi-part assembly:
Main sliding body with mounting holes.
Internal part with guiding cutouts that allow the latch lever to lock in place.
Sliding latch lever, acting as a manual locking element — can be pushed in by hand.
Receiving end, where the latch inserts after mounting both parts on the door and frame.
Perfect for manually securing balcony doors to prevent unintended opening (e.g., by wind).
Designed for 3D printing. Make sure to orient the model properly on the build plate to minimize supports and maximize strength of the printed parts.
