This is a replacement part of a runner for sliding doors from Dethleffs interior doors. The part replicates the original geometry closely but has been mechanically improved:The thin post has been reinforced with radiused fillets to reduce stress concentration and crackingDimensions are kept compatible with the OEM fitDesigned for indoor use, the component does not require direct UV resistance, but must withstand mechanical stress and occasional vibration.Material Recommendations:π‘ Best Options:PLA-CF or PETG-CF:Excellent stiffness and layer adhesion. The added fillets reduce the risk of brittle failure. PLA-CF works well indoors but avoid high heat sources.PETG:Good durability and easier to print than CF filaments. Slightly more flexible but still robust for this use case.ASA:Ideal if slightly higher thermal resistance or chemical resistance is needed, even though UV is not a factor here.π« Not recommended:Standard PLA, due to lower impact resistance and possible creep over time under
