I equipped my IKEA Alex drawers with Gridfinity grids, but I found that bins placed at the back are hard to access since the drawers don’t fully extend.Storing only rarely used items there seemed like a waste of drawer space, so I designed bins with trays that can be easily pulled out, making the back 5 to 6 slots on the grid easily accessible. These bins have trays that slide out, allowing easy access and quick removal without the need to remove the front bins.Like this:They are specifically designed for IKEA Alex drawers and come in the following sizes:2 wide 5 deep (2x5)2 wide 6 deep (2x6)3 wide 5 deep (3x5)3 wide 6 deep (3x6)4 wide 5 deep (4x5)4 wide 6 deep (4x6)They all have the same height. I chose the hight in a way that allows the trays to be removed even if there are 6U high bins right in front.PrintingI use the 2x5 as an example. It works the same for all other sizes. You just need to print the “2x5 box.stl” and the “2x5 tray.stl”.In case you have problems with the box warping
