Unlike traditional guides, my innovative design holds the blade at a predefined angle, allowing you to slide the sharpening stone along the edge with unmatched stability and control. This approach dramatically reduces the chance of wobble and angle variations, ensuring consistent results and a razor-sharp edge every time. Why this guide is different: Fixed Blade, Moving Stone: The key to this guide is its inverted system. The blade is firmly locked in place, eliminating the angular variations that can occur when sliding the blade across the stone. Consistent Precision: Ideal for creating and maintaining specific sharpening angles (e.g. 25°, 30° or a micro bevel), essential for an efficient and long-lasting cut. Greater Control: The stability offered by the fixed blade allows you to concentrate on the pressure and movement of the stone, for a more uniform and controlled metal removal. Versatility: Designed to accommodate a wide range of chisels and flat blades, offering a sturdy support during the sharpening process.
