Slug Buffet (slug-trap)

This slug trap consists of three parts:
* The ring shaped 'feeder' is placed on the garden ground and is filled with slug pellets (based on Iron III phosphate).
* The 'peg' is pierced through the middle hole of the feeder and holds everything safely in position. The peg can also be filled with some beer (best left over or expired one) to increase the attractiveness of the trap. However, the beer in this trap construction is not intended to drown the slugs!
* The 'roof' is put on top of the peg and serves to protect the slug pellets from rain and from being eaten accidentally by birds or other animals.

It is best to place a snail trap at each corner of the vegetable patch so that snails from outside do not plough through the entire vegetable patch before they find the trap.
