Small cutter

Start from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3677766 but for different blade type.
Tanks to HallPrecision for the idea.
For those like me that have a lots of finished spare end blades ......just to reuse.
I use standard big cutter blade 17,9mm height.
There is a secure lock for accidental blade release.
