small engine lawn mower primer bulb

I was needing to replace the cold start primer bulb (exists on older small engines ) and they were rediculous, $2 at lawn mower shop and over $7.50 at HDepot ... (for 3 sizes, but u have to buy the set) - for this thimble shaped piece of plastic that probably comes out of a factory in the thousands per hour !!! I thought,.. REDICULOUS !!! I can make one and always be able to make another, perhaps make one that lasts longer and of material that does not disentegrate ...

So here is the beginnings of it ...
