Small File Handle

This Small File Handle is a compact and practical grip designed for precision hand files with a 4 mm shank. At 65 mm in length, it provides a comfortable hold while maintaining good control for detailed work. The handle features integrated flat faces along the body to prevent it from rolling when placed on a flat surface — a small but very useful detail during bench work. The model includes a tunable fit: the shank hole is nominally 4 mm in diameter, and the fit can be adjusted using the “circle contour-hole custom offset” parameter. This allows you to fine-tune the tolerance depending on your material, printer calibration, or desired press-fit. Printed in Azure BambuLab ABS, the handle is durable and well-suited for workshop use, but it can be adapted to other materials by adjusting the fit parameter.
