Small Garden Lantern (Captain's Lantern)

Changed the top of the lantern to fit a small, roughly 3x4.5cm solar light and created new walls to disperse light with clear filament. I also added hoops to hang on a chain or rope. Tall walls fit into short walls which should slot easily into the lantern top.
