Small Heat Bed Adjustment Knobs for Creality CR-10S4

The Creality CR-10S4 (which is the larger version of the CR-10 with a 400 x 400 x 400mm build volume) has a different construction than the normal CR-10, so the large wagon-wheel-style bed adjustment knobs that are so popular with CR-10 owners won't work. Since the standard knobs are pretty uncomfortable to use, I decided to design some more comfortable ones that will fit the S4. Just remove the knobs that came with the printer and press fit them firmly into these knobs.

After designing these, I found that there was a pretty similar knob already available here, but they are a bit different and were intended for the regular CR-10, so won't show up in searches for the S4, so I'm going ahead and uploading my version.
