small inline gear box v2

i decided to do the 3 major types of boxes this is a bevel gear box this box has about 3 times the reduction and power of the first one

now that i have finally ben able to make the supper small motor drive gear

this box has much more beefier gears and is a lot sturdier i am going for extreme torque so the next gear box is going to be the worm gear i have figured out how to make the tiny drive worm gear

this box almost meats the requirements i need in a gear box

i have left the sides open so you can see what needs to be tweaked and sanded down and to start the motor for the first time to work in the gears

i have made better tolerances for the 2 mm pins now there is no slop in the play

again use the 2mm roofing nails cut 1 at 20mm for the bevel gear and the other at 13mm
make sure the nails or what ever you use is clean and shiny the nails i have ben using are reused nails that are bent and rusty if you use these type of nails the gears will wear realy fast that stuf
