small-item fall guard for balcony

I designed this modular grid to prevent small items from falling through a wide gap on my balcony. The segments are optimized for printing on the A1 Mini 3D printer bed.Each grid connects to the next using snap-fit clips — 3 clips are enough to securely join two pieces. Once assembled, the long mesh can be attached to the balcony railing using zip ties.At corners, I simply cut the mesh with pliers and inserted the ends into each other to maintain coverage.A simple, practical solution to improve balcony safety without blocking airflow or visibility.
