If a toy part fits inside of this gauge, it is considered a small part and cannot be marketed or sold to children 3 years and under, or must include a small parts warning for children 3-6 years old.This model is based on CPSC Small Parts Gauge and has been increased by 5% to account for any printer variability. Please check the CPSC website for more information.
