I needed to procure a set of small radius gauges to reverse engineer my phone case which fell apart. As I also did not want to get lost in the tool section for 6 hours browsing, I decided to make my own! These are 60mm long, 20mm at their widest, and ~12-13mm near the tips. Also included are outside radius on the opposite end. NOTEWhile this includes down to 1mm, to get that size correct for the outside radius measurement, you will need to use a 0.2mm nozzle. A 0.4mm nozzle is absolutely fine down to the 2mm radius. I put this down to divisibility of line thickness to radius.I would also recommend the 3mf plate file in the files section over the “Bambu Studio” print file. I never use Studio, preferring Orca. The plate file in the downloads section is from Orca.
