smaller round base lighthouse model

I liked the lighthouse made by josemivaz and the new handrails from johnesc, but needed it to be much smaller, as you can see in the picture. to my suprise, the model was still printable with 1/4 of the original size with a 0.5 diameter nozzle.

Of course the handrails could not be made out of filament, so I made some that can be printed.
Also the transparent part at the top was to thin, to be downscaled, so you will also find a new version here. all remaining parts can be taken from the model from josemivaz (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1564751) and downscaled (25%) by the printing tool of your choice.
