After reading the Comments section, these are the improvements I added.

is easy to assemble: no breaking.
uses hardware for the bolt and nut instead of plastic.
has detents every 10° of rotation between the swivel and the base.
has 2 inner stops to align it when closed
has hollowed out swivels to reduce plastic use and speed up print time.
Hardware used is M4x40mm Hex Head Machine Screws and M4 Nut
You'll need 1 of each for the phone stand.
2 of each for the tablet stand.
