Smarticase2 rpi camera base

This is a small base for RPI cameras mounted in samrticase 2 box. By default the RPI camera should be mounted in 90 degree orientation. However there are several applications that do not support rotated camera. So this is a small aid that helps in fixing the camera in a vertical positions.
