Designed in Inkscape and Tinkercad, about 3" across. Makes a decent cookie.
The beams holding the eyes and mouth are a narrow horizontal bar with a vertical piece for strength. This makes it easier to use than just a wide flat bar covering the eyes, in my opinion. Much less flexing.
