Snack Coins are a fun and novel way to keep a handle on snacking and are good for dieters and people with diet constraints. By pre-categorizing snacks and setting limits on less healthy items Snack Coins take the important decision making and temptation out of snack time.

Start off by placing snack items in pre-designated and categorized containers, for instance cheese sticks in a "diary" Snack Coin container. Then set a daily goal for each type of snack like veggies, dairy, and sweets. Then each time you go for a snack, you "spend" one of your Snack Coins on that snack type.

Snack Coins are initially stored in magnetic coin holders that can be placed inside or outside the fridge. When spending a Snack Coin you simply place a coin in the front slot of the container that you pull a snack from, it's that simple.
