Snap Clamp (scalable)

A snap-clamp, a clamp-clip, a climp, a snamp? I don't know what to call it, but this is a remix of the tarp clamp, inspired by the need to attach a golf towel, without a grommet, to my golf bag (75% scaling). I have printed it in PETG with 100%, 93% and 75% slicer scaling with good results. Similar to the tarp clamp, it prints in 3 pieces and requires some assembly. The shape of the hook means the clamp needs supports - the FullClamp_Sliced file includes all parts, and Bambu Studio Tree-manual supports painted onto the bolt and clamp underside only.
