Toggle clamps which hold the doors flat on the Snapmaker 2.0 enclosures. My A150 enclosure doors are annoyingly bowed outwards slightly. This adds extra gaps for heat and fumes to escape, so I designed these easy to use toggle clamps which hold down the door against the frame. The clamps hold the door closed on both the top and bottom rails.
These were designed for the Snapmaker A150 enclosure but also work for all the 2.0 enclosures.
The parts print without supports and use 1.75mm filament for the hinge pins, 18mm and 30mm in length (or just measure against the parts themselves, see pictures). Simply push the filament in using some pliers and they will self retain (cut them with a craft knife to disassemble).
There are two clamp designs, one for the front (F) and one for the side (S) doors. The clamp fixes into the external rails either by pushing on (Body 1) or sliding onto the ends of the frame rails (Body 2). I recommend the more secure Body 2 versions, particularly for th
