SnapMaker 2.0 Intake Air Filter

1/10/25 Update: Dual 90x25mm fan filter intake design in progress!

3/18/2023 Update: Due to warmer weather the inside temperature of the enclosure is getting to hot to print PLA as the HEPA filter reduces the airflow too much. I have removed the HEPA filter from the unit and am now just using the pre-filter material glued to the front hex grid in order to get more airflow while still offering some filtration from my woodshop. I might add a more powerful fan in the future so I can go back to the HEPA filter but it is good enough for now.

This Intake filter is designed to stop dust from my dirty workshop entering the enclosure and clogging up the printing modules cooling fans. It's not really necessary but helps keeps the fans and intake grills clear for a longer period of time in-between cleanings. It should be noted that this mod does not work very effectively if your enclosure is not sealed adequately so I took extensive measures to add weather stripping around the door panels and a
