Description
Very rigid, high repeatable and easy to print tool changer for Snapmaker 2.0. (Should also work with the snapmaker original but not tested.)
Adds only 10mm between attachment plate and tool so auto leveling still works.
Only the screws delived with the machine are nessesary. 4x M4 threads must be cut after printing.
Instruction
Due to the high nessesary tolerances I added different versions.
I recomondate to print these versions first. The came out of my printer with the standard setting rigth fine. The parts should be mounted and move easy but without any play.
030.003.001_01_+0.1 (+ ~ more clearance)
030.003.002_01_-0.05 (- ~ more clearance / + ~ less clearance)
030.003.003_01_0 (- ~ more clearance) / + ~ less clearance)
The tolerance of part [030.003.001] only refers to the mounting of the adapter plate of your Snapmaker. It should be assembled without deflecting the part [001] itselve.
The tolerance of part [030.003.002] adjust only the clearance be
