Snapmaker Artisan Spool Roller V.2

Inspired by Kelvin8r's design, remodelled in Fusion360 to adapt latest Snapmaker Artisan which has a 9mm spool shaft.

Using 608 bearings. Designed to fit over a 56mm inner diameter spool.

V2 with a thinner plate and offset outer plate using existing screen to accommodate 1kg roll, max width of spool is 82mm
