Snapmaker Filament Roller Guide.
Created this to help guide and bend the incoming filament downward to the extrusion head. It also removes the friction that other methods have when printing rough finished filament (PLA-Wood or others). Guide was designed to attached to standard 2020 extrusion (See Pictures).
NEED:
(5) 2mm "U" Bearings. Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B016KH8C3S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
(5) M4 bolts, washers, and nuts to attach to plate. Insert a M4 washer between bearing and plate.
(2) M4 bolts, washers, and nuts to attach tube clamp.
(2) M4 bolts, washers to "T" Nut for 2020 Extrushion.
