Snapmaker J1S Top Extension

This is a 3-1/2" tall upper lid extension assembly including new routing for bowden tubes and replacement swivel bowden tube guides that are 25degree angle rather than the (severely binding) 90 degree factory ones. These components have all been in service for over 1,000 hours of print time with No Issues.

Parts needed: (4) steel flat washers (approx. 1" O.D.), (4) Magnets (3/8" x 1/16"), and (2) Bowden tube PC$-M10 fittings to thread into the new guides. There are a number of small parts the will be removed from the original setup (no Longer needed).

I designed and printed all of these parts in PETG as soon as I set up the printer.

My version has a custom logo panel that is backlit by the internal lights... The file herein is a blank front panel (be creative). Also shown is the Internal Spool Holders that I designed (those parts are available in another Thingie File).
