Rotary axis for Snapmaker 3d printer.
For best results on all versions, laser burning should be done in the X direction.
I have added 3 more stl files. roller_base-1.stl, rods-1.stl, and wheel-1.stl,
This is a more stable set up. It uses R188 bearings, 1/4 x 4-1/2 bolt for shafts and the rubber seals are 1"OD X 3/4"ID X 1/8" ,
i added roller base1. It is the same as original but without side cutouts to make it a little stronger. The project will have to be less then 70mm long,
print:
4 rollers
2 connector arms
1 roller base
1 support bracket
Hardware:
4 M5-8 screws
4 M4-8 screws
4 105zzz bearings, 5mm id, 10mm od, 4mm wide.
4 #10 o-rings, 1/5" id, 11/16" od, 3/32" wide.
2 5mmx100mm rods.
Attach the support bracket to the end of the y axis. 4 m4 screws.
Slip the o-rings onto the rollers.
Slip 2 rollers onto each shaft.
Slide the shafts in to the bearing holes of the roller base .
Slide the bearings onto the shafts and press into the roller base.
