Snapmaker U1 - Autofeeder M6 fitting

This 3D‑printed adapter replaces the stock autofeeder inlets on the SnapMaker U1, allowing the use of standard pneumatic fittings with an M6 thread. It provides a cleaner interface for guiding filament, especially when using external spool setups or PTFE tubing. The part is dimensionally tuned to match the original mounting geometry, ensuring a snug and reliable fit without modifying the machine. It’s a practical upgrade for users who want smoother filament routing, improved compatibility with common pneumatic connectors. This design includes different options to fit different scenarios, but the recommended version (the options that worked for me) are: 4× Nut (2.0 mm, Outset) 4× Washer. Despite the fact that it may work with other materials, I have only printed and tested it using TPU. Please note that due to the reduced thickness of the part, this solution is not recommended for tubes subjected to stress or continuous movement, but rather for a stable or minimal motion installation.
