This is my first 3D model, and I am not a professional designer, so the design may still feel rough in some areas.After purchasing the Snapmaker U1, I wanted to add a top cover, but I could not find one that matched what I had in mind.So I decided to design and build my own. ⸻Design Goals1. Flat and sturdy top surfaceI wanted a flat, angular design so that a filament dryer could be placed directly on top of the printer.2. Additional storageI felt the unused space at the upper front area could be better utilized, so I added a small drawer for storage.3. Maximum reuse of existing dimensions and partsTo minimize rear protrusion, the back cover extension was limited to approximately 1 cm.The existing top screw holes and rubber plugs are used to fix the cover securely and reduce vibration.4. Balance between printability and insulationMy original goal was a fully 3D-printed enclosure, but the advantages of acrylic were difficult to ignore.Therefore, I used 5 mm clear acrylic panels.The panel
