Started this cutter because I could not find any cutter that did not behead the snowman.
Dimmensions are:
Cutter is 70mm x 38mm
Top part (cutting ring) has a height of 3mm
Middle part (details) has a height of 4mm
Bottom part (stabilization and stuff) has a height of 2mm
To customize it, you can use the xcf file (edit with gimp) and potrace (png -> svg).
I used tinkercad to combine the parts.
Updates:
Version 2: Removed the hole in the hat. Nobody can clean that thing.
