Soap dispenser lid

I've designed a cap for our automatic soap dispensers. Since the soap bottles in this model always need to be replaced, I wanted a way to refill them with a refill pouch. I think this is better for the environment. You simply drill a 20mm hole in the bottle (once it's empty!) and rinse out the chips thoroughly. Then you can refill the bottle and close it with the cap. I think the cap can also be adjusted in size in the X and Y directions if you only have a 19mm drill bit (or an imperial size).
