Soap holder holder

My wife didn't like my rubber soap holder, so she bought a ceramic one. Unfortunately, it wasn't sized well enough to actually drain into the sink. So, this holder with hold the soap holder if you have something similar. It has a 0.56" rise to go over the sink rim and a 2.35" depression to hold the holder. The center circle is 0.5" to add some stability for my specific holder.

I can delete that feature and add the file if requested.
