SoB Enemy Card Holder

This is an idea I had to clear up some table space when playing Shadows of Brimstone board game. This game can really take over an entire table and has lots of stats to keep track of, so this is an attempt to help with that.

Features:
* Holds SoB enemy cards upright
* D10 slot for Initiative tracking
* Dual D10 slots for health tracking
* A token bin for whatever

Added an alternate model that has round indents for holding Elite Ability tokens.

I haven't printed one yet, so this is still a WIP.

Update: My printer is not well, so getting some prototypes printed is not happening.
