Sock Clips for Drying Rack - improved

This thing is based on [Sock Clips for Drying Rack](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3054502) by [lundiplutzmus](https://www.thingiverse.com/lundiplutzmus)

I made some improvements to save time and material and make it even better as it already was:
* reduced the overhang angle at the bottom of the rod clip
* deleted the teeth at the outside
* rod clips only for the first and last two pegs
* increased the gap between the pegs from 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm

Sure, a hook without a special diameter would also be good for some reasons, but I like the close fit, without having to hold it down, while attaching the socks from below. It is easy to customise in the OpenSCAD file.

Added sample files v3 with a gap of 1mm. Even 0.5 were tight.
