I have a large (375pcs) Husky mechanics tool kit and I wanted to organize it. Red is SAE, Green is Metric, Blue is 1/2in drive, Yellow is 3/8in drive, Orange is 1/4in Drive. I expected $200USD and 3 months effort, I am $225USD and 3 months in and maybe half way through. I will add the fusion 360 files at some point as some were made (the dual files) where I only changed SAE or MM text. I will try and upload all SAE and or MM adjusted. From the many fails I have had and reprints they also fit most of my non Husky brand sockets.
These are not snug, some were snug and I adjusted and reprinted. I want these to be trays but tipping one will spill them. Again when I upload the Fusion 360 adjust as you need.
I intend to make another set that will hold my cheap in the car/emergency set and I will make them snug as they will be placed in a tool bag when I get my truck.
I do intend to make for the ratchets and screwdrivers etc like I did for the hex keys. I need to figure out the best way to
