READ THIS FIRST BEFORE PRINTING
I designed this headmount for the Sofirn HS10, because the original one is made from rubber and not suitable for running. It is very wobbly and the light shakes in front of you.
I have printed and tested both solutions: one part and two-part, where plate and clip are seperated.
Deciding:
Both are not perfect: The single-part has to be printed on the side for the stability of the clip and after printing you have to be very careful removing the supports, not to break it. Therefore the one-part has more than double thickness (2.4mm vs 1mm).
The two part is half the weight, but has to be glued (I used two component glue) and could break while running and damage your lamp. So decide by your goals and means.
Printing:
Print the parts like oriented by me (two-part and clip on side, plate flat on the ground).
Adapting to your head:
After the print heat the plate up using a heating gun, cover your head with a thin cloth like a running cap or a buf
