Soft Jaws for a Vise (parametric)

I have a small bench/jeweler's vise hooked to my desk for small jobs and sometimes the flat metal jaw faces don't hold things well or will mark up the part I'm trying to hold. So I decided to code up some soft jaw covers in OpenSCAD and print them in NinjaFlex for extra softness and grip. After making a set of smooth faced jaws (printed in blue) I decided to add some grooved versions because the smooth ones still don't hold onto round things very well. The first one I made had a horizontal groove to hold onto 8mm rods. Then I made a set of jaws with several different diameter grooves oriented vertically.

If you're printing in NinjaFlex, I recommend printing the grooved ones at something like 75% infill so that they're stiff enough to hold onto the object firmly. For the smooth faced ones you can probably get away with less infill.
