Soft Painter's Pyramid

Painter's pyramids are a great tool for raising your work-piece off of the table to access any finish/paint that runs over the edges. These typically have fine point tips for minimizing marring on completed surfaces, but none-the-less they will leave a small mark on soft finishes. I wanted something that would be non-marring for a project that I was working on finished with polyurethane. These simple pyramids use 25mm square or round felt or rubber furniture pads that can be found online for super cheap. I have linked the furniture pads that I use below. You could also lay a ring of hot-glue on the top surface instead of buying felt/rubber pads.
