SoftRF Prime 2 Stand Alone

This is a version of the SoftRF case that merges the stand alone case / LEDs with the T-Beam ESP32 hardware. It's a stand-alone and portable. It also includes ports for pitot static and AHRS board sensors.

Building Tip... This is built like the Prime Mk II, the NeoPixel LEDs connect the data-in of the first pixel to Pin 25 on the T-Beam. And... there is this comment in the code which I will follow.
