Solar light mounting bracket

A small mounting bracket that I created to mount for the solar panel for lights such as this [string light](https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01LLG20IG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). This allows the bracket to be screwed to a surface with standard wood screws and still be articulating.
