I have a number of little cheap Solar yard lights that I believe cost about 1$ a piece from Walmart. I have several decorative Tea Light or candle luminary statues outside that i wanted a no wire no maintenance solution.

To use it just remove the solar light from the tube stand it came with and put the light on the stand and put it in the statue or just put it on the table for a table light.

This is about as simple as can be, but when I went to look for something like it I was unable to find something.
I included the scad in case you wanted to use it with other lights. I tried with other solar lights that I have and they did not fit so. You may have to fit to your lights.

I printed .3, 5% infill no supports.
Purple was what i had loaded at the time.
