I saw these solar garden lights at my local Dollar General store. https://www.dollargeneral.com/open-trails-solar-light-stake-1-ct.html
I didn't "need" one but for a dollar I thought it would be fun to play with. I bought one and designed a wall mount for just the top piece. This could be used above a sign to illuminate it at night, or maybe a few of them as "post lights" on a fence or deck railing. The angle is adjustable.
To assemble you need an 8-32 x 3/4" (-or- M4 x 20mm) machine screw and matching nut, and to mount to the wall, any reasonable sized sheet metal or even deck screw should work.
EDIT 5/13/2019: I added a file for a dual mount which will hold two lights side by side. To use it just print this mount and 2 of the light rings. I picked up some more of these lights to play with and I've been having fun desoldering the white LED and adding colored LEDs in their place. Lots of opportunity for inexpensive fun.
