This model was made to do a simplified FEA analysis by assigning materials to the unmerged bodies, while assuming that this panel is fairly typical. It was made with measured dimensions in inches. Relations were added so the length and width could be easily changed. There are no materials assigned to this model because I'm importing it into ANSYS as a STEP model. Here are the materials I'm assigning to each body.
