This is a nice little holder for an Adafruit solar panel that you can get here ( https://www.adafruit.com/product/200) for about $30. The idea is that you can attach the solar panel to this and then drive the stake into ground. It works perfectly for powering a small garden electronics project.
To put the piece together, you need a ~2" 1/4-20 hex head screw and nut for the handle and a #10-24 (or 32) x ~1" screw and nut to assembly the stake.
Everything is set up to print as is from the STL file. No supports are really necessary, but you might want them for the stake. I would suggest using ASA or PETG for this print if you are intending for it to be outside because these materials are fairly UV/weather resistant.
If you want to play around with the model, I've included a Fusion360 assembly of everything.
