Solder feederOverview This document provides instructions for assembling the 3D printed solder feeder shown in the design. The model consists of multiple components designed to be printed and assembled using specific hardware.Components:- Main Body: The primary structure.- Pin: supports the solder spool .- wire guieds: Two U-shaped brackets for guiding the solder wire.- shim: secures the pin.Hardware RequiredBolts:- Four Allen screws (DIN912 M4x0.7x16)- One Allen screw (DIN912 M4x0.7x20) Nuts:- 5 M4x0.7 nuts to pair with the M4x0.7x16 Allen screws for the brackets.Printing Instructions:- Material: PLA or PETG recommended for durability.- Infill: 20-30% for sufficient strength.- Supports: Not needed- Layer Height: 0.2mm for a balance of detail and print time.Ensure proper alignment during assembly.
