This fan and filter combination is very usefull when soldering to get rid of the nasty fumes. The activated charcoal filter makes sure that you not only blow the fumes away from you but also to collect all the nasty stuff that causes headache.
It also takes up very little space on the desk and with the fan I used it is very powerfull, more powerfull that the bought one I have, and with the PWM controller you can make it as silent and powerfull as you need it.
It uses a 130mm x 130mm x 10mm activated charcoal filter and a 80mm fan.
The parts can be printed without any support.
Additionaly to the 3D printed parts you will need:
1x Fan 80mm
1x activated charcoal filter 130mm x 130mm x 10mm
4x M3x30mm screws
8x M3x18mm screws with flat countersunk heads
8x M3 nut
1x power supply for the fan
Optionally you may need:
4x M3 inserts
1x PWM controlled
1x power jack
