As much as I wanted to 3D print a set of soldering helping hands, I didn't think they would be durable or flexible enough. So, I bought a set from Amazon UK that came with a metal base and sturdier arms. I then printed a solid base for it, which included a slot for a 120mm computer fan to vent solder fumes to a well-ventilated room.
