Added V2 with lips to the tip, heat shrink tube, and solder flux inserts.
Solder Flux insert ID is 32mm. (For a smaller flux liquid container)
New design is for added support and to prevent anything from falling out.

ABOUT:

Made a custom soldering base with a detachable piece of 23guage sheet metal (165mm x 114mm) held on by 10mm x 3mm magnets.
I put some electrical tape around the perimeter for the sheet metal to help with grip and mainly to not cut anyone that uses it.
I've tested this and it does not melt the base plate.
